There can be a high workload at times with conflicting priorities. But I feel supported regardless and don't feel like I can't take FTO or have to work insane hours.
Occasionally, there are communication gaps between departments, which can lead to misunderstandings and delays. Response time amongst teammates can lack at times which is frustrating.
