      They make working here pleasant. We are like a small family. I love the learning experience and development I have received since working for the company. Joining Pavilion payments has increased advancement's so much.

      Pros

      A lot of the people working here are great people and we look out for each other. I do feel like what I say has an important impact in the company.

      Cons

      Communication between teams is a struggle. Priorities seem to shift monthly and we can spend several weeks working on a major project just for management to change and the whole thing is placed on the back-burner.
