Pros
One of Pavlov's key values is continuous learning. This helps ensure motivated employees can advance and keeps the company on the cutting edge of significant technological developments. In keeping with this emphasis, there is a generous tuition reimbursement program. I feel we have many of the best managers and technical specialists in our industry. This has a great deal to do with Pavlov's ability to attract, develop and retain passionate employees. The CEO has an outstanding grasp of both the technical and financial issues that drive the company and he makes a point to be visible and accessible to all employees. More importantly, he has extremely high expectations of everyone (no one more than himself, though) and he has built an organization that consistently meets or exceeds them.
Cons
If you can't thrive in a job that often demands substantial time and energy or an organizational structure that changes often, you will probably feel at least a little overwhelmed. Many people thrive on these aspects of a career with Pavlov but it certainly isn't for eveyone.
