Great place to learn They will pay for certifications Exposure to lots of different hardware and technology Great group of people to work with Good opportunities to move up if you stick with them
Cons
Lack of communication between sales, engineering and operations. Sales ends up selling something impossibly complex for cheap. Engineering pushes it through, and it lands on Operations to sort it out. Entry level NOC is extremely customer service focused. It can be hard to break into a more network or systems administration role if that's what you're looking for. CEO loves to micromanage, and too involved in the day to day operations.
