Pros
The environment fosters learning new technologies and promotes from within. The company's culture is one that cares about each employee and input. There are opportunities to write research papers for the CEO to review and incorporate. Every person's voice is heard here. Dress code is casual, free coffee, and the people here are nothing short of amazing. I trust the people I work with. My boss is supportive and gives me room to carry out my responsibilities. I feel valued as a person here vs. a number. I have never seen a company that had such harmonious teams - everyone wants to help one another here.
Cons
I really can't name any cons. The biggest 'con' for me is that it's a bit of a drive from home but I knew that before accepting. I've worked for a fortune 500 company that was close to where I live, and I would still choose my commute to work here over that company.
