      I'm no longer working there.

      Cons

      No work life balance or clear path for advancement. We were always understaffed and had more work than we could reasonably do. Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic the CEO would never wear a mask in indoor shared spaces.

      Pros

      paid holidays are nice but are an excuse for management to never be present.

      Cons

      Leadership is incompetent. Nobody follows policies and leaders only look out for themselves and the friends they make positions for.
