      Fast-paced environment where each day is different, flexible managers and employees, the technology is always changing and on-the job training is great!

      Cons

      The team environment is "whatever it takes" so some people may overwork themselves and wear 'burnout' as a badge. If you have a "wait for it" mentality, then you may feel left behind

      paid holidays are nice but are an excuse for management to never be present.

      Leadership is incompetent. Nobody follows policies and leaders only look out for themselves and the friends they make positions for.
