About a year ago the company was acquired by a foreign investor. The new CEO is a solid person who many believe in, but the new middle management is killing departments. Middle management telling staff to hide things from other people in the same department which is a sign of rot from the inside. Teams are built on communication but insecure managers horde things to make themselves feel important, which is actively happening. Middle management is allowed to YELL at their staff to make them almost cry when something outside of their control happens with ZERO repercussions while other management watch it happen. If you want to be treated like crap but get a paycheck, come to Pavlov! If you review GlassDoor over the past year you will see many glowing reviews of Pavlov! This is the massive marketing department being paid to improve their online presence. Don't be fooled. these are employees paid to trick you.
