      Management expectations can be higher than what you think they are at this company. Job related communication misunderstandings with management will get you in trouble right off the bat and continue until your gone.

      paid holidays are nice but are an excuse for management to never be present.

      Leadership is incompetent. Nobody follows policies and leaders only look out for themselves and the friends they make positions for.
