Good people, awful business model - Anonymous employee Pavlov Media Employee Review

The business is built on selling internet service to landlords of multi-dwelling units, so the customers and the users are different people. If the landlord skimps on bandwidth (which most do) the residents get terrible service with nothing tech support can do about it nor can they tell the residents the truth of the situation.
