I’m glad to hear you found value in our benefits. We care deeply about investing in our people, and it’s encouraging to know those offerings supported you during your time here.
That said, I’m sorry to hear that your experience didn’t reflect the culture we strive to build. The issues you’ve described are not reflective of the environment we aim to maintain. We work hard to ensure every Pax8er feels respected, included, and empowered, and is is sad to hear that this wasn’t your experience.
Your comments around organizational changes and communication are also important. Change can be incredibly difficult, and we recognize the impact it has on individuals and teams. While we aim to be transparent and thoughtful in our decisions, we know there's always room for improvement here.
