      Pros

      Pax8 has a fun and upbeat atmosphere. The people are supportive, intelligent, hard working, and pleasant to be around. There is always a ton to learn both from management and peers. Employees feel both appreciated and challenged everyday. There are always exciting things happening here!

      Cons

      Change happens very quickly here. They do a great job to communicate change for the most part, but it is hard to reach everyone with updated information (this is improving though).

      Pax8 is awesome! It's a very diverse culture both professionally and personality-wise and they care!

      Pros

      Honestly the PTO and some of the people are pretty solid

      Cons

      Yeah, it is an over glorified call centre with minimal benefit. Definitely feels like there is a lack of growth despite being in a fake urgency of “unicorn super growth”
