6yThank you so much for your very insightful response. We love hearing that our Managers and our PeopleOps team were supportive and a good source of information. It is a foundation at Pax8 that we truly care about our employees and seek to support their growth and development. As we grow, we are working hard to make sure that this is not lost.
We also appreciate your thoughts regarding the sales department structure and pay. We are excited that we have now shifted to the new sales model. We believe that this model will allow new hires to grow into their roles more quickly, and allow all salespeople to provide a deeper level of knowledge and support to all of our Partners. Our training has improved with more time on the sales floor and more time for shadowing and role play, during the first four weeks. This helps to support the new sales model and ensures that all new employees have the tools they need to be successful after training.
