Happy to hear that our benefits and culture were positives for you as we are continually paying attention to these things to make sure that we are providing what our employees desire. I appreciate your feedback regarding your concerns as it is important to us that our employees feel that they have the opportunity to continually grow their careers with us, no matter what department they are in. We do provide professional development coaching to assist our employees with career pathing whether it be upward or cross-departmental as a way to achieve this but I sense that we may need to do a better job of promoting the availability of this service. We do pride ourselves on being transparent from the top down, however I do understand that our execution of this throughout the organization is not always perfect so this is definitely something that we are proactively working to improve.
