      The people at Pax8 are fantastic. Tons of room for education and growth. Great benefits

      None that I can think of. You have to work hard but it is definitely rewarded.

      Pax8 is awesome! It's a very diverse culture both professionally and personality-wise and they care!

      Pros

      Honestly the PTO and some of the people are pretty solid

      Cons

      Yeah, it is an over glorified call centre with minimal benefit. Definitely feels like there is a lack of growth despite being in a fake urgency of “unicorn super growth”
