No growth, bad management, under paid - Sales Pax8 Employee Review

I am sorry that you are not experiencing the support and culture that we strive to create at Pax8. Our employees' well-being is literally our #1 goal, and we are constantly looking at where we are succeeding and what needs improvement. We invest heavily in the professional development of our managers, even before they step into a leadership role, to prepare them to handle what comes their way. If at any time an employee feels that they are not getting the support that they need, we highly encourage them to go to their Directors, VP, C-Suite member, or People Ops Business Partner for guidance. It is true that we have changed quotas, while at the same time providing better sales tools and aligning sales territories to increase success. Although it can be disruptive, we make these decisions with much thought with the end goal of creating greater success for our sales teams and providing an elevated experience for the partners that they serve.
