      Pros

      Pax8 has done an amazing job of creating an inclusive environment based on trust and humanity. I love this about working here and I appreciate that leadership cares for their employees well-being. The job is not too strenuous for the most part and quotas are attainable at the moment. Everyone tries their best and morale is high. The product is great and Pax8 has a fabulous reputation in the channel which makes it fun work here. Benefits are decent, pay has improved slightly in the last couple of months. It’s an exciting time to be at pax8 with global expansion.

      Cons

      Reporting has been broken very broke for months and it doesn’t seem like things are improving. Still waiting on commissions from Feb. It’s impossible to tell if they are accurate and it can be incredibly frustrating to check the accounting team’s work every month on top of doing our jobs. I’ve never had a commission check come back and be correct the first time and it’s always missing funds. Certain big vendor changes have made things tense and chaotic with partners and it’s hard to advocate for small businesses we work with when a corporation has our hands tied. It would be cool to see Pax8 fight back and advocate for their MSP partners. Pay could be better but I do appreciate that we can stay remote indefinitely. Some big personalities can be distracting and it’s uncomfortable during meetings and leadership could do a better job of keeping conversations focused and productive.

Access to quality data is definitely an area of focus for Pax8. We are investing in this area and, as is often the case, the solutions are more complex than we would like.       Pax8 is awesome! It's a very diverse culture both professionally and personality-wise and they care!

      Pros

      Strong individual contributors who are partner-centric. New office is nice for hybrid work.

      Cons

      What was once a strong culture has eroded significantly due to poor leadership, misaligned talent in key roles, and a chronic lack of strategic direction and communication. Tenure or relationships are rewarded over competence, and those at the top protect each other — even when decisions have negatively impacted the business and/or partners. People are treated as revenue-generating assets, not human beings. Leadership is so deeply disconnected from the real problems that have persisted for years.
