The company constantly raises quotas and expectations to an unachievable status so they don't have to pay their employees a decent wage. You have to track your own closed deals to make sure you are paid out correctly. Management is a joke and offers no support to help their team. The list goes on but it is a prime example of a place that hired too many people but not enough customer support or specialist to back up their expectations which makes everyone feel overworked and under appreciated.
