It is worrying to hear that you feel access to opportunities to grow is inconsistent across different teams. With 14,000 courses available to everyone through our Pax8 Elev8 platform - plus customised vendor training, self driven access to mentors around the business, benefits that can be utilised to explore personal growth outside the business - we do believe there is ample opportunity for growth available to everyone. Of course there is always a limit to the management layers we can put into our business, to ensure we stay agile and less bureaucratic but even so, 55% of our people in EMEA moved in their role last year. On top of this we are investing in our internal Talent and Career development department to ensure we retain people.
