Great company but losing its focus - Anonymous employee Pax8 Employee Review

Thanks for leaving us a review, we always appreciate hearing from many perspectives. We are glad that you find the culture positive in so many ways: work-life balance, smart, passionate people, warm, fun and casual environment. That said, it seems you have concerns about where we might be headed with our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging work. Pax8 today enjoys a very healthy culture, and our aim is to keep it that way. As any company looks to move from start-up to maturity, they must put additional focus on intentional actions to ensure that the culture scales along with the growth of the company. I suspect from your comments that you may have seen other companies struggle to find the right balance with ensuring inclusivity. We are being very mindful in our approach and our goal is to build on what IS working, not to bring in major changes in our culture. Again, thanks for the review.
