The problem is they hired me into an entry level position and then expected to retain me in that position for a year or two. In my same new hire class they hired and put someone in at a lvl 2 but that was never offered to me. In my same new hire class someone was promoted to team lead but that option was not even suggested to me when I mentioned I had another offer. I told management and other parts of Pax8 divisions I wanted to stay on but just needed a slightly higher wage. The exit interview they asked me what was done to retain me? Nothing unfortunately , she just stated yeah that’s something we need to work out. I was emotionally upset to leave Pax8 and I was genuine and up front about my personal life and thought somewhere in this company someone would do something to help me stay. When I was interviewed initially I was told that within 6-9 months I would he promoted and it would be a fast track to growth within the company but I could see from the trend that was not going to happen and it wasn’t for missing quota because I didn’t. Also the round robin system can be broken as the best leads go to preferred sellers. I haven’t been gone but a week and still waiting to see if someone will reach out with an opportunity to come back.
