      Tons of great folks to work with across various teams and department, a lot of positivity and cooperation among peers

      Cons

      Toxic management that drags its feet on making any kind of decisions and then blames employees for not being being a part of their 'high performance culture'.

      Pax8 is awesome! It's a very diverse culture both professionally and personality-wise and they care!

      Pros

      Honestly the PTO and some of the people are pretty solid

      Cons

      Yeah, it is an over glorified call centre with minimal benefit. Definitely feels like there is a lack of growth despite being in a fake urgency of “unicorn super growth”
