The people are what makes working their great & the company also values them greatly. I loved the recruitment process & how you are warmly integrated/welcomed into the team as a new starter.
Cons
They are just really getting going in DACH, so some processes are a little sticky, but that is to be expected.

Honestly the PTO and some of the people are pretty solid
Cons
Yeah, it is an over glorified call centre with minimal benefit. Definitely feels like there is a lack of growth despite being in a fake urgency of “unicorn super growth”
