1yThank you for leaving a review even though some of this was tough to read. Glad you appreciate the flexibility and benefits but I am sorry to hear your experience is negative in other areas. Billing and 24/7 support in a rapildly growing marketplace ecosystem are hard business problems to solve and I know when those things go wrong it's often the account manager that bears the brunt of the partner's frustration. We have invested significantly in our billing and support teams across the globe over the last twelve months to improve quality and consistency.
Your experience of leadership is disappointing and I reccomend you reach out to your POps Business Partner to share your feedback if you do not feel able to speak to your leader directly. We value all input as it helps us improve our workplace and address concerns.
