Thank you for taking the time to leave a positive review, it is wonderful to hear from current colleagues. I am pleased you have so many of our people priorities listed in your pros but concerned to hear you feel we are losing some of this with your cons. I acknowledge with the pace of change in a high growth organisation that is also evolving we have not always succeeded in explaining the why behind new initaitives as we launch them into the organisation. We are working hard on that with a significant investment in our operations and communications functions this year. Pax8 has been on a journey to become more data driven and we are unapologetic in our commitment to healthy high performance as we want everyone to feel like they are part of a winning team. To reassure you, our commitment remains strong on culture, and our focus is people AND profit, understanding that the two need to work in balance for a successful company. I strongly encourage you to share any concerns and seek further clarity from your direct manager or functional leader. We always appreciate the opportunity to listen to understand and engage in constructive dialogue to solve problems together.

Pros

Strong individual contributors who are partner-centric. New office is nice for hybrid work.

Cons

What was once a strong culture has eroded significantly due to poor leadership, misaligned talent in key roles, and a chronic lack of strategic direction and communication. Tenure or relationships are rewarded over competence, and those at the top protect each other — even when decisions have negatively impacted the business and/or partners. People are treated as revenue-generating assets, not human beings. Leadership is so deeply disconnected from the real problems that have persisted for years.
