1yThank you for leaving a review even though some of this was tough to read. Glad you appreciate the transparency and benefits such as our flexible PTO but I am sorry to hear your experience is so negative in other areas and you seem to have lost faith in the future direction of Pax8.
I acknowledge there has been a lot of change in the support team over the past twelve months, especially in the Americas. We have had to take some tough decisions for the future sustainability and scalability of the company as it evolves from distributor to marketplace.
If you have not done so already, I reccomend you reach out to your POps Business Partner to share your feedback if you do not feel able to speak to your leader directly. We value all input as it helps us improve our workplace and address concerns.
