Thank you for leaving a review even though this was tough to read. I am sorry to hear your experience is currently so negative after such a long tenure. There's no denying the organisation has not only grown but evolved substantially in the last four year, as has the market and industry in which we operate. We don't shy away from the fact that we had to make a couple of tough decisions in the last twelve months for the long term sustainability of the company however this has not been in the pursuit of IPO but longevity. We are also making significant investments in our culture and are looking to increase opportunities for grassroots involvement and innovation. The culture is what we all make it.
