      Pros

      Safe place to ask for help and receive great support. Work life balance is good. Still continuing to learn new things, not getting stale.

      Cons

      No complaints, issues get resolved well enough and quickly and aren't very common for me to consider any issue a con.

      Pax8 is awesome! It's a very diverse culture both professionally and personality-wise and they care!

      Pros

      Honestly the PTO and some of the people are pretty solid

      Cons

      Yeah, it is an over glorified call centre with minimal benefit. Definitely feels like there is a lack of growth despite being in a fake urgency of “unicorn super growth”
