While we are glad to hear that you appreciate the complimentary food and drinks available in the office I am sorry you’re feeling so disillusioned with rate of change and leadership, We acknowledge that rapid growth can be challenging and while we’re working hard at improving in this discipline, we know we have a way to go. Leadership development is a priority for us, and we provide comprehensive training programmes to ensure our leaders are equipped to guide their teams effectively.
