Pros

Nice people in the domestic office. But not much more to really say in this part. Oh and they have been around for years.

Cons

Leadership in international is rude, belittling and they don't pay commissions. They offer a plan but never pay on it. When you sell something they withhold. Everything is a house account so they can avoid paying compensation.
