      Massive influx of highly paid executives with limited understanding of the business which creates massive churn, redundancy, confusion on teams. Also, significant and deliberate effort to hire externally/ clean house vs promotion from within.

      Great people, smart people. With new CEO, maybe things will get back

      Been a horrible last 3 years. Non-stop re-offs, new leadership that cut everyone and brought in new people who don’t know anything. No clear priorities, no leadership.
