      Most people are smart, motivated and kind.

      Cons

      Not sure company knows where it's going, or how to execute. A lot of micromanagement happening. Just eliminated sabbatical program.

      Great people, smart people. With new CEO, maybe things will get back

      Been a horrible last 3 years. Non-stop re-offs, new leadership that cut everyone and brought in new people who don’t know anything. No clear priorities, no leadership.
