The people who have been here 5+ years know what they’re doing.
Cons
Leadership is tragically bad at running the company. They have no vision, the operating model is broken due to the CFO’s restructuring, and all layers of leadership below VP are incapable of navigating the structure which leaves all employees scrambling.
