      Good work in some teams Some amount of greenfeild work.

      Cons

      Horrible work life balance especially in those payment teams. Some mid managers are so much into politics that they think that is their primary job causing friction with other teams

      Great people, smart people. With new CEO, maybe things will get back

      Been a horrible last 3 years. Non-stop re-offs, new leadership that cut everyone and brought in new people who don’t know anything. No clear priorities, no leadership.
