      It gives u everything to up skill or fine-tune our knowledge and efficiency. You get best people to work with. Payscale is on very higher side.

      Cons

      Payscale is too high that when u get out you find it difficult to get same pay job of that role. If you stay in comfort zone you are gone. Its not PayPal mistake its the employee part.

      Great people, smart people. With new CEO, maybe things will get back

      Been a horrible last 3 years. Non-stop re-offs, new leadership that cut everyone and brought in new people who don’t know anything. No clear priorities, no leadership.
