      Pros

      - Free fountain drinks/coffee/beverages - Free on site gym - ESPP/RSU/401 K ( 100% match for first 4%) - Nice and clean buildings - on site cafe (but food is not free and not cheaper than outside either)

      Cons

      - stressful and fast paced - claim they are the largest start up in the world - no work/life balance. people work like crazy with long hours - promotion to people who they know , not based on knowledge and performance - lots of office politics. have to be very careful

      Great people, smart people. With new CEO, maybe things will get back

      Been a horrible last 3 years. Non-stop re-offs, new leadership that cut everyone and brought in new people who don’t know anything. No clear priorities, no leadership.
