      the freedom to take your PTO days.the 10 hours shift, give you 3 days off. Health insurante, free gym, canteen.

      Cons

      The salary of a new hired is really low and you only have two breaks of 15 minutes in a shift onf 10 hours

      Great people but that may be team dependent.

      Cons

      Culture is very team dependent. Slow to build things but that's probably to downside to corporate... it all depends on the team that you're on
