Flexible Timings Decent free snacks and beverages in Breakout Areas The new Technology Stack is awesome. Migration from old stack to new is in good speed. Managers are understanding. Compensation is very good, both salary as well as equity. Very minimal politics. Work life balance is decent Leadership vision is good and employees are made aware of changes and future plans on a regular basis. Free and good cabs.
Cons
There are still a lot of teams sustaining Legacy applications which are yet to be migrated to new stack. There is a huge dependency on in-house developed applications and middle-wares which poses extreme difficulty in maintaining and getting help. The Pritech and Ecospace tech park is a real hell in terms of evening traffic. It takes minimum of 30 minutes just to get out of tech park on an average day. In worst scenarios like rains, it has taken me 3+ hours just get to the outer ring road.
