Pros
- Fixed timing with no expectation of working over time. - If over time is required then employee is compensated accordingly even if the OT is only for 1 hour or less.
Cons
- Management is unprofessional and except employees to take everything that is dumped on them. - Employees have to face the consequences even if the mistake is on team leader or manager's part. - Favoritism is present in some teams. - Some times team leader likes to micro manage and questions every single thing. - Expect to be chased around for achieving a better AHT. You could already be doing your best but its never enough for them.
