Pros
PayPal was a great learning and work experience. Very employee-friendly culture. The facilities and infrastructure was top notch. One of the best places for building a career.
Cons
Being an off-shore product development shop, things can sometimes go far too slow. Too many meetings, too many touch-points before one can push a feature.
