Cons
Too much of gimmicks of looking into customer experience but nothing for real. Group leaders who have been around since the time they were hired would do almost anything for personal gains. No proper guideline for work related matters and agents can always manipulate the system as there's no proper governance on processes. There are times when you'd be afraid to report process gaps due to the politics and the labelling which take place. Incompetent managers who are around just to get promoted by impressing their superiors by putting up shows. The company is basically running on autopilot mode as they have already have strong customer base due to the lack of competitors in the market.
