Pros

Cons
- Upward mobility is stagnant. - Employees being shuffled from department to department on the pretext of "upskill" with no change in salary grade and no additional wage. - For executive-level hiring process, the company dismisses previous work experiences that are not in banking/financial services. - Many overqualified employees for the positions they're holding. - Despite the many D & I initiatives, the company can't stop individual employees from being racist/sexist and those who act inappropriately but not outright abusive often go unpunished. There's too much babying of bullies who are treated as if they don't intentionally want to hurt others, and too much focus on victims to alter their own behavior when faced with bullies.
