You get to work on meaningful projects that actually help people in the world. For example, helping people gain access to money (for people who can't open a bank account), allowing people to easily transfer money, etc.
Cons
* Developers infrastructure is not so good - staging environment is unreliable, CI servers are failing frequently, setting up stages is complicated, etc. * Development is slow - Due to unstable infrastructure, and the fact that there are lots of people working on the same project.
