Pros
Great learning and growing opportunities. Some very fine, talented people. Canteen is subsidised with often a good selection. There is a gym, and game space for blowing of steam or to relax. I do not regret my time here.
Cons
There are a few (actually a bit more than just a few) bad leaders around the Dublin office. When I say bad, I mean really really bad. They should not be near the position they are in. Employees are asked periodically to provide feedback to management. Even though the approval rate of a particular supervisor/manager is shockingly low, there is no accountability. They will happily move on doing what they shouldn't be doing. I have seen some shocking examples of leaders make their people physically sick.
