Athmosphere is great. Sabbatical every 5 years. Gym on site, vhi, quarterly budget for lunch/ team night out in the team. Stocks
Cons
Management not very good, depending on the team leader, a few are great but others are very unprofessional with no people skills. Little possibility of working from home. Poor career progression
