      Pros

      After a long stagnant period PayPal is now working very hard on innovation. Life / work balance is very good. Great San Jose Campus with Soccer, Volleyball, Tennis, Basketball etc. Bringing in new top talent and sifting out the driftwood.

      Cons

      Teams are still a little disconnected. Still over 120 products -- which should be more like 10.

      Great people, smart people. With new CEO, maybe things will get back

      Cons

      Been a horrible last 3 years. Non-stop re-offs, new leadership that cut everyone and brought in new people who don’t know anything. No clear priorities, no leadership.
