good position on a hot market. the company will get split to another IPO company sooner or later. at current market, RSU is worth 30k+ per year if you have been working more than four years.
Cons
internal management are poor. Some people has to do most of the work while others does nothing. talents are leaving for Google, Facebook and LinkedIn.
