Pros
1. Being a manager is a added advantage while engineers of PD are treated as lower order of the value chain in the system! 2. Almighty decisions are usually taken by the managers. Engineers are mute spectators and executors of their will and wish. 3. Great salary packages, at the time of joining.
Cons
1. Career growth is so unpredictable or not clearly tracked by the managers. 2. Salary packages tend to be stay around - with no so lovely hikes. 3. No good onsites, technology learning, trainings are not supportive or meek. (they could do more). 4. Random nepotistic approach to hiring! Very rarely referrals from tech staff is heeded.
