      Pros

      Many opportunities. The salary is good. Overall good environment. Work life balance is good. What paypal is and the direction set by the management is very clear. Lots of freebies.

      Cons

      - Too many managers. Too many PMOs. It is becoming managers company and not engineers company. The core values are lost. Although engineers know leadership teams goals, not sure managers follow.

      Great people, smart people. With new CEO, maybe things will get back

      Been a horrible last 3 years. Non-stop re-offs, new leadership that cut everyone and brought in new people who don’t know anything. No clear priorities, no leadership.
