      - Historically had a great work/life balance - Contributors and some managers always fantastic to work with

      - Has become increasingly political, with poorly-qualified individuals making resourcing decisions seemingly based on favoritism, not to mention the recent layoffs

      Great people, smart people. With new CEO, maybe things will get back

      Been a horrible last 3 years. Non-stop re-offs, new leadership that cut everyone and brought in new people who don’t know anything. No clear priorities, no leadership.
